“Black Saturday, in France, is the day of the year when road traffic is most dense due to the many departures on holidays.” It means the masses move to the campsites, surf camps and all clutch at the same spots. Surfspots, beaches and highways are overcrowded and all prices are twice as high as usual.

That’s the vibe of New Amsterdam, the reminiscence of this feeling of excitement when holidays are coming or are just starting.

Casted by two of New Amsterdam surf team members, this campaign was shot at one of the main teams surf spots.
