Le Labo Introduces City Exclusive Kyoto: OSMANTHUS 19

Le Labo unveils a new City Exclusive fragrance, and this year’s creation is truly extraordinary: OSMANTHUS 19, an olfactory homage to the quiet strength and timeless beauty of Kyoto. Inspired by the rare osmanthus flower that blooms in Kyoto’s winter gardens, this scent captures the city’s harmonious balance between tradition and modernity. Notes of aromatic lavender and fine incense blend seamlessly with the creamy, uplifting essence of osmanthus, rounded by woody and resinous undertones. The result is a fragrance that feels like a personal poem, reflecting Kyoto’s understated elegance and soulful depth.

OSMANTHUS 19 is available exclusively at Le Labo Kyoto, a stunning store opened in 2024 and housed in a beautifully restored traditional Machiya. As with every year, the full City Exclusive Collection will be available worldwide only from September 1st to 30th, online, in all Le Labo stores, and through select retail partners, with discovery sets and samples launching August 1st.
