Draped in sculptural garments, Yvonne — dancer, protagonist — inhabits a space stripped to its essentials: dramatic light, fog, and the bare fact of presence. The series holds a tension it refuses to resolve: fragility against monumentality, the intimate against the theatrical. Alienation and tenderness appear not as opposites but as conditions of the same consciousness. Central is the feminine as perpetual becoming — shaped, adapted, performed, and then abandoned. What survives that dissolution is something unbound, at times monstrous, radically its own.
