Bathhouse

Influenced by Deborah Turbeville’s series, these images delve into escapism and intimacy through sensorial elements. Using latex, knitwear, and sheer fabric, the series explores how different materials respond to water’s touch — how they stretch, cling, dissolve, and drift. Here, water offers escape not by erasing the self, but by allowing it to unravel and slowly re-form, held together by the bathing ritual. Born as a place of gathering, the bathhouse remains relevant as a place for communal exchange and spiritual healing.
