As digital culture increasingly rewards self-optimization, the body becomes a project: continually refined and improved. Physical boundaries become something to overcome. There is always another version of ourselves waiting to be built.

In LIMITS, creative agency Kemmler Kemmler, together with videographer Maya Eleonora Silva, stylist Lion Busch and three dancers, takes constraint as a point of departure rather than an obstacle.

Set within confined urban spaces – places of passage and transition – movement becomes a negotiation between body and architecture. Cashmere meets concrete, softness meets structure. Each environment leaves its own trace on the choreography.

What begins in restriction opens into possibility.
