Brume
Brume examines how textures can define a visual atmosphere. The editorial is approached as an analysis of materials, surfaces, and contrasts, where each element functions as a structural component within the frame. Garments, cuts, and finishes are considered for their ability to create volume, rigidity, or fluidity.
The project combines wide shots and close details to observe how material behaves at different scales. Color and black-and-white are used functionally, prioritizing the reading of form and density.
The staging relies on minimal gestures and soft light, avoiding dramatization and favoring a restrained aesthetic. Brume suggests a slower form of looking, where small variations in surface and light gain relevance without the need for large gestures.
