Versus

Two identical presences occupy the same space, forced to react. There is no narrative, only confrontation: silent, repeated, measured. A challenge against oneself that renews with each image.

The scene is built around a closed form: a circle drawn on the floor that does not represent, but dictates. Geometry imposes order, restricts movement, defines the field of action. Everything plays out within this visual structure, one that contains, but does not protect.

In a present shaped by overexposure and the ongoing construction of the self, confrontation with one’s own image becomes inevitable. There is no external rival: only one’s own reflection, turned into an adversary. Identity is no longer a fixed unity, but a series of conflicting responses.

There is no synthesis, no resolution. Only a body that watches itself, challenges itself, repeats itself until the line between control and submission begins to blur.
